Canteen chef / manager
Join growing company in the construction hospitality sector.
The Role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef to join our team, responsible for preparing and serving delicious, nutritious meals for our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook meals from fresh ingredients following menus and recipes.
-Assist in menu development, focusing on seasonal and customer-centric ideas.
-Monitor food costs, portion control, and minimize waste.
-Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
-Proven experience as a Chef, ideally in a canteen, or similar environment
-Strong understanding of food safety
-Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
