Is this review fair My initial experience was very disappointing. I booked a limo for my son’s Year 6 prom, but due to mechanical issues it was changed to a party bus the night before. On the day, that also broke down, meaning the boys arrived late for their prom after being so excited. I was refunded, but it didn’t make up for the disappointment, so I left a negative review. However, talvin , the director, personally contacted me to apologise and offered the boys a complimentary party bus trip with sweets and drinks to make things right. Our driver, Imran, was also brilliant – friendly, polite and made the experience really enjoyable. Things went wrong, but the company took responsibility and genuinely rectified the situation. Because of that, I would happily book with them again.

Awful experience, impossible to get hold of anyone to start with and when I did finally manage to get hold of someone they was about as help of as a chocolate tea pot. was late picking us up (1hr) but messaged me on the day to say if we departed 15 minutes late we would have an extra cost of £80+! No aircon, we was all sweating and I mean legit melting in the back of the pink party bus. No windows accept the two front side windows. Wait for around 20 mins for the man to find the control to use the tv/sound system. The glasses had already been use plus the rubbish of the party before us was left at the front or the party bus. We was running late to our planned event by over and hour and in the end had to be dropped off in the middle of a town with 12 peoples bags ( two of us had to leave the hen party and get a uber to the hotel with all the bags) Awful awful awful is all I can say.
