I called Joe in an emergency panic on a Sunday evening and he arrived within minutes. Water was gushing out of my boiler in the bedroom and then through the living room ceiling. Joe resolved the situation straightaway. I was very impressed. We arranged for a new boiler to be fitted and he provided a quotation and detailed schedule for the work and time frame. Joes team that changed my boiler were exceptional so professional, polite, punctual and respectful. The team done work in a timely manner, made sure the system was working properly and took time to explain how it worked and made sure I understood how it worked. Before they left they cleaned up and no one would have known they had been there . (very clean) A BIG SHOUT OUT LOUD FIVE STARS WELL DONE Will recommend them to everyone. Thank you

Joe call me sunday to arrange a visit for monday at no cost and came tuesday to fit a new boilerso very quick service and friendly team was 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this company

Sandwell Boiler Parts were very quick to respond and come out - very efficient in getting parts that were needed for the work to be completed and competed it within a day . Other Plumbers were quoting at least 3 days before they could come out. I would highly recommend Sandwell Boiler Parts for their professionalism and honesty. I had over paid by mistake and my money was returned within few hours of requesting it . I would definitely be using them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I needed multiple works done in my property and Joginder was absolutely fantastic! Very helpful and managed to complete works in a swift and smooth manner, quoted me better prices than anyone else. He managed to convert my electric cooker to a gas one and rearranged and sorted all my plumbing as desired. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
