We had a boiler failure in our holiday let with guests due in less than 2 hours. Called Dean who dropped everything and rushed over. He even had a good idea what the problem was and brought a replacement part with him. Ten minutes and a lot of dirt was removed before fitting the new part. The boiler started straight away and saved me explaining to guests that they had no heating or hot water. Smashing guy, great plumber and very reasonable charge. Will always use Dean in the future. We used DNE Plumbing and heating to supply and install a new boiler and heating system and also design and install a new shower room. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish the team were excellent and everything was carried out to a top quality finish. The pride and care that was taken to complete the work was second to none, and they even got a cleaner in at the end of the job to give that showroom look. Would highly recommend. 10/10
