We would never use this company again. Whilst the work was to an acceptable standard, they overcharged us by massively hiking the price at the last minute, refused to leave until payment was made and didn't provide an itemised invoice before payment. They promised to send one at a later date and have failed to do so despite repeated requests.

I recently had to call a plumbing and drainage company late in the evening and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, polite, and extremely helpful. I have kids at home so it was quite stressful having an issue so late, but they were very understanding and worked quickly to get everything sorted. They explained what they were doing, kept everything clean, and made sure the problem was completely fixed before leaving. What really stood out was the price – it was very reasonable and much better than I expected for such a late call-out. It’s rare to find a company that is both this professional and fairly priced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable plumbing or drainage work. Fantastic service, great value, and genuinely nice people. Thank you again!
