Lydia is an amazing chef. Her attention to detail and ability to translate a brief into the most delicious feast is fabulous. She goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations every time. I know I will use her and the Always Truffle team again and again, for parties large and small.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Always Truffle for our office Christmas party, and they exceeded all expectations! The food was outstanding and the service Lydia gave was equally impressive. Very professional, attentive and incredibly friendly and handled everything seamlessly. Lydia catered for our Golden Wedding celebrations.. She arrived in good time. Was professional and friendly throughout. Everything was tidied away at the end. Our guests were all impressed with the quality of the food. Thanks also to Jade who kept us all topped up!
