Tom from ADHD Hospitality didn’t turn up to cook our family meal on 31/12/25. He let us know by text at 4:21 am on the 31/12 that he was ill and not able to come. These things happen unfortunately but what is totally unacceptable is that he keeps delaying the refund of our £420 deposit. He keeps promising the refund but doesn’t do it ! Marianne

Adhd supplied the catering for a family funeral wake. They set a high bar for customer service and satisfaction. Wonderful food and attention to detail by their staff. Would certainly use them for future events.

This appears to be a fairly common complaint. We booked with them, but they let us down at the last minute, which meant I had to spend additional money to arrange rush catering elsewhere. To be fair, I did receive a refund, and they also offered a complimentary service for a future booking. However, I declined this, as I don’t feel comfortable going through the same experience again. Overall, it wasn’t a great first impression.

Lovely food would recommend Had a hog roast for a wake, food was delicious. Very helpful, friendly and very responsive to questions, texts emails etc.

The company was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. Tom couldn’t have been more accommodating with the menu choices. The person who delivered the hog roast was lovely and reassuring…my garden is on a slope so it wasn’t the easiest but nothing was a problem. Everyone absolutely loved the food and Jordan was such a pleasure to have with us. There was no mess and plenty of Pork left too! I’ve already recommended them to a friend and shall continue to do so!! Will definitely be booking again for our next party.
