OMG, the service, food, feedback was awful. They turned up late, food was cold and not what I paid for. They also promised a refund which never came over, they even sent me a credit note. Do NOT trust this company, false promises

This company completely ruined my friends party, just awful food, cold and terrible quality. Turned up late and promised for refund, which never happened. Really shocking behaviour and would not recommend them.

Tom from ADHD Hospitality didn’t turn up to cook our family meal on 31/12/25. He let us know by text at 4:21 am on the 31/12 that he was ill and not able to come. These things happen unfortunately but what is totally unacceptable is that he keeps delaying the refund of our £420 deposit. He keeps promising the refund but doesn’t do it ! Marianne

This appears to be a fairly common complaint. We booked with them, but they let us down at the last minute, which meant I had to spend additional money to arrange rush catering elsewhere. To be fair, I did receive a refund, and they also offered a complimentary service for a future booking. However, I declined this, as I don’t feel comfortable going through the same experience again. Overall, it wasn’t a great first impression.
