Amazing service! I cannot speak highly enough about Lou"s kitchen. With only 36 hours notice, she provided outstanding food for my daughter's 4th birthday. Parents were commenting on how good the food was. Amazing value, great presentation and delivered on time. Lou goes the extra mile. Using this catering company is a no-brainer. We will be using it again in the future:)

Lou did a fantastic job catering for my mums wake (8/8/25). The food was well presented and everyone said how delicious it was. There was plenty for everyone and she even did vegetarian options for me. Lou was very understanding of my needs and she communicated with me throughout. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Lou’s kitchen for all your catering needs. Thank you so much for making the day easier xx

I got in touch with Lou few days before the shoot. She was kind enough to take the order and deliver amazing, piping hot food in the middle of nowhere. Her service is really good and the food tasty. She is super kind. Lou's kitchen is highly recommended. The entire crew was satisfied. The portion was generous. Everyone was more than full after lunch.

While the food was good and everything before delivery was good, Lou failed to deliver 3 meals that I paid for (after she invoiced for the number of meals I requested for). Once I noticed that 3 meals were missing, I reached out to see if there was something wrong. I have yet to even receive a reply about the 3 meals, and I have yet to be given a refund for the missing meals. Very much a shame to finish a job with such distasteful experience despite the food and preparation being smooth sailing. Reply to your customers Lou!!
