Description
We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Barista to join our small, family-run coffee shop.
We’re a close, friendly team and are looking for someone who enjoys good coffee, customer service and being part of an independent café.
What we offer:
• Starting from £12.70 per hour
• Higher pay depending on experience and management/supervisory level
• Full-time: approximately 40 hrs per week
• Part-time positions also available
• Friendly, relaxed family-business environment
• Opportunity to take on more responsibility for the right person
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has barista/café experience
• Is confident working with an espresso machine and grinder
• Is friendly and comfortable with customers
• Is reliable, organised and works well within a small team
• Can help with general café duties as part of the team
• Senior or supervisory experience is a plus, but not essential
