Hi I’ve been doing property maintenance and repairs for over 30 years in different sectors,
I’m a multi trades man I have a eye for detail and deliver a high standard or work , if I feel I can’t deliver this I don’t take the job on. I’ve worked for large landlords upgrading and maintaining portfolios , and also for air B&b customers where distance is a problem for emergency repairs , maintaining and delivering excellent customer services at all times for competitive prices
on day rates or fixed price work ,

I also do detailed landlord inspection reports reporting on health and safety issues maintenance works needed to comply with the new regulations. I also new build snagging picking up faults that people don’t see , Always free quotes and advice given without obligation ,

I have been a returning customer to Parkside Property maintenance for several years and would not go anywhere else. Work commissioned has been general advice and guidance for DIY jobs, emergency plumbing help( as is so often late in the evening) and general maintenance jobs both indoors and in the garden including home security. This year I have had hallway, stairs and landing, kitchen , dining room and living room fully painted and decorated. I was given the option of 3 decorating standards with proportionate castings and chose the complete belts and braces quote to put right all the issues of a new build! So glad I did. All faults and niggles resolved . I had great guidance and choice of paint styles and finishes. There is so much on the market now it can be overwhelming. The works were done to the timeline and on time. No « not turning up with this guy « No concerns about trustworthiness either . Fantastic communication too! A tidy and clean worker , goes the extra mile to keep disruption from dust etc under control. Outdoors I have had garden and cladding maintenance done too. Gets my vote 100%.

I have had a range of work carried out by Trevor - replacing radiators, light fittings, fitting TV to wall, changing fencing etc. In my experience Trevor always works conscientiously for the customer, ensuring a good standard of work at a reasonable price, while leaving everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

Trevor has done a wide range of work for us, Hanging a TV, painting, Tiling, installing kitchen cupboards/units, plumbing, removing a raidator. All work completed has been done perfectly, nothing is ever too much to ask and Trevor is our go to person whenever we need a job in our home done.
