Jonathan from the Carpentry Department was so helpful, I had an idea on how we wanted our wardrobes and under-stair storage to look but after seeing some of the similar projects completed by First Call, we decided to take some of their ideas and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This has breathed new life into my home. I can access my gas and electrical metres comfortably and utilise the space below my stairs for storage as I originally wanted. My son’s wardrobe is outstanding! The level of craftsmanship is incredible and the team were so mindful with regard to ensuring my home was clean during and after the whole process. Would not hesitate to recommend and I cannot wait to get my wardrobe done next! Special thank you to Saulo who carried out the installation and managed the team.

Working with First Call was pain free! Nice understanding staff, efficient and professional. I have say they were the best of my estimates in terms of approach and price. I'm elderly do their kind attitude and help to move some furniture was highly appreciated.

By time I had made a request to FirstCall, these lovely people had sorted out the logistics, the problem and a more than reasonable costing The professional that came out to my flat was also super helpful and talked me through the whole process. Bed bugs gone and a happy partner!

I had bedbugs all over my headboard, within my bed frame storage, on my curtains and even on my sofas. James was very polite and knowledgeable made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process and after the 3 recommended visits, I was bedbug free! They stuck to their word and also provide a warranty to give you peace of mind. Strongly recommend.

I had rats for years, previous companies just put poison out but these lot were very knowledgeable in clearing our issue in all the areas they were entering from. Thank you.
