Description
We are looking for a caring, fun and reliable live in Carer/ PA to help my young adult daughter who has taken her first steps to independence and has moved away from home into an assisted living flat. This is the perfect job for someone who wants to make a real difference to a young persons life. You will need to have bags of energy, be outgoing, enthusiastic and have a full clean driving licence, be a non smokers and flexible with working weekends. The role involves personal care and all aspects of daily life. Our daughter has cerebral palsy, uses an eye gaze computer and powered wheelchair.She is smart, intelligent and adventurous. She would describe herself as ‘ unique, determined,kind ,caring, an independent young woman who has moved out of home for the first time.’ We are looking for someone who has string communication skills, speaks fluent English, is clean and tidy with a mature and responsible attitude. You would be expected to work three/four days every other week. With weekend work expected.
