Description
We are looking to sell our static caravan privately which is on the Kaims country park at Bamburgh for £25000 ono, which includes this years site fees. The 2013 Caravan make is a Willerby and the model is a New Hampton 36ft x 12ft. This is in very good condition and been well looked after. It has a large living room with a large corner settee fitted, a lovely square fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a toilet and sink. A bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. It has plastic decking fitted and the one negative that it is squeaky in parts but apart from that this is a lovely caravan. The real asset is the plot and views, with no caravans on the front of your decking, the views are breath taking, as you sit there in contentment with Deer, Hares, Birds, Sheep around you. The kaims is a well ran, peaceful, beautiful site, set in the hills, you will be pleasantly surprised how picturesque this site is, with the added bonus of Bamburgh sites near you.
