The Vanroyce Landseer 400 Caravan is a touring caravan with a large sleeping capacity for 2 people that can acomade an extra guest with the clever bed design that can change from the seating area into two single beds or pull out into a double bed or even turn into a kingsize.

This caravan comes equipped with many features such as porch awning, external side lockers end kitchen with a fridge with freezer box, sink, oven, grill, 12V and 240 mains lighting, fitted security box, double glazing, thermal blinds with fly screens and curtains, and mains hookup for camsites and has a 3 pin adaptor for 240 house sockets and has an extra 2 man tent and camping chair.

The bathroom has a clean fully working thetford toilet with outside pull out access for easy maintanance and has a pull down sink.

Waterheater needs attention but all pipes and connectors are there and the diesel heater needs attention as it needs a new fuel pump and fuel pipe. Not sure how they work as previous owner fitted them and I have never used them and has a motor mover with remote control.

Water pump works fine and runs off the 12v battery and has 12v lighting but needs a good charge as its gone flat.

Since buying the caravan a number of years ago I have had a new roof vent fitted with new seals to replace the broken handle on the old one and had some nice stick on floor tiles for easy clean. Caravan is solid with good tyres with lots of tread and a spare.

Manufactured by Vanroyce, this caravan has one axle and offers a comfortable and convenient living space for those looking to enjoy the outdoors on the road from a well know trusted and very reliable make.
