Description
Ill health forces the reluctant sale of this well built German 4 berth TEC caravan. Only ever used by 2 adults so in very good condition and well looked after & maintained. It is approximately 25 ft long and 7.5 ft wide.
Bought new in 2006 with an MTPLM of 1600Kgs it was fitted with an AlKo stabiliser and Powrtouch remote controlled mover.
This is a very comfortable van with dual fuel heating, a separate bedroom with a sliding wooden door from the lounge and a further sliding door to the rear washroom, electric cassette toilet, shower and wardrobe. Cassette blinds are standard throughout.
There are no fewer than 8 mains sockets plus a Status amplified aerial.
It was fully serviced two months ago, but hasn't been used due to illness, and is fitted with an on-board water tank and LED lighting.
It comes with many extras including a quality Isabella Magnum awning with carbon fibre poles, curtains and groundsheet, Waterhog and Wastemaster, Panasonic microwave & mini oven.
Inspection welcomed, situated in York.
