1 double bed, 2 singles and pull out Z bed in living room. USB sockets in all rooms.
Electric panel and gas heating, gas water boiler. Can supply with combi microwave, fridge, TV, aerial, water pipe, sewage and electric hookup cable, so ready to go on relocation.
It's an older van, but had little use and well looked after. Dry van, no leaks or damp. Will be cleaner, just took photos as laid up for a while.
Last gas checked 2 yrs ago, can take both gas bottles and auto diverter system too.
Location near Montrose.
Buyer to arrange transport. Can help with decking strip down if full asking price met.
