2013 Willerby Winchester Static Caravan. Site fees paid until January 5th 2026.

Two bedroom , sleeps 6. This Static is unique in the fact it has seperate rooms, has a feeling like a little home. Main bedroom has king size bed with storage under it, as well as 2 double wardrobes and plenty of drawers and overhead units. Also has seperate dressing table and stool. Features an en suite with toilet, sink and two wall units. Twin room has two single beds and a bedside table with single wardrobe and 3 drawers.
Kitchen has plenty of room with integrated fridge freezer, microwave, and built in gas cooker. A dining room shares the space where there is a dining table and 4 chairs that match in the beautiful walnut finishing.
The bathroom is spacious with a large shower cubicle, toilet , sink, large fitted mirror and built in shelf unit.
Living room is a great size with a 3 seater sofa bed, 2 chairs and a leather recliner chair in it. There is a tv unit and coffee table which matches the built in living room units consisting of one with a glass door and mirror, and another with cubic shelves and the fireplace.
Gas central heating throughout caravan, as well as double glazed windows.
Washing machine plumbed outside to a Keter unit with electrics and seperate fuse box. Will be leaving this.and also a larger Keter storage unit ant back of the drive. The back patio anrea is tiled and chipped with around 10 large plants. outside drying line in the back patio area. Outdoor tap with hose. Front of the caravan has around 10 new plant pits not seen in photo and also 4 concrete statues - 2 lions and a pair of Jack and Jill’s.

The static will need a new carpet in the living room and possibly bedroom, however this would not stop anyone from enjoying the rest of the season which runs to Jan 5th 2026 and onwards if that’s a choice.

It is situated in a small holiday park. Holiday park has no facilities for eating or drinking, though there is cafes around. Close to Callander as well as Comrie and Crieff.
Beautiful area within Scotlands 5 National Parks of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. Situated beautifully within the trossachs where nature and scenery is utterly stunning. Cycle tracks with beautiful paths in the area aswell taking you through some wonderful trails.

.These caravans still hold a lot of value, and at the time of purchase were a premium caravan.

Site fees £2,280 for 10 months with an addition £300 for January and February if owner chooses to spend time at caravan in those months.TV Ariel with manhattan freeview box which receives all the free channels . I currently also have WiFi box installed through the site at £25 per month. This can be reduced to a £12 package or fully removed if not required.
