Description
This is a BK Bluebird Contessa (2008). It’s 35ft length by 12ft wide. Located at Ashcroft Park in Minster on Sea. Comes with central heating, you can buy gas bottles from the park for around £80. The bottles last a long time and we change them about twice a year.
I’m Looking to move away from the area so looking to sell. Refurbished the interior to a high level, modern look. New sofa. New mattresses and kitchen. New fridge and microwave, all going to be left. It's ready to move in. Currently we use the caravan as an AirBnB. It's ready to either continue as a business or move into.
I get around 12,000 per year on Airbnb. Ground rent is around 5000 per annum, we are billed at the end of the year for electricity and water, the cost is really reasonable around £500 - £600.
I can't complete the sale until mid September.
If you need more information on the park please check their website. They have a lot of amenities on the park including the cheapest beer on the island! They also have an indoor pool and the park is gated.
