Here we have for sale is our 2008 Elddis Explore 452 caravan.

We've had this a few years and have had and continue to have many nice breaks away with it. Ill health is forcing sale.

The caravan did suffer damage to front window last year (please check pics) although it is now all sealed and dry but we are still pricing it low should anyone either want a nice cheap usable caravan or to work on replacing the window.

Everything inside works as it should an everything is in good condition.

The Elddis Xplore 452 is a 2-berth touring caravan with an end washroom, known for its lightweight design and spacious interior. It typically features a front lounge that converts into a double bed, a central kitchen area, and a rear washroom.

One big single window at the front of the van, two opposing bench seats, centre cabinet/table unit, heki roof light, tv station area.
Kitchen:
Sink and drainer, 3 burner gas hob, oven and grill, 3 way fridge, storage cabinets, skylight.
Washroom:
Cassette swivel toilet, sink, mirror, cupboards, separate shower unit, wardrobe, skylight.
Heating: 
Truma Ultrastore hot water heater
Truma Ultraheat hot air blown heating system.
Windows:
Double glazed with blinds throughout.
The 2008 Elddis Xplore 452 has a MIRO (Mass in Running Order) of 988 kg and a MTPLM (Maximum Technically Permissible Laden Mass) of 1165 kg. This means the caravan weighs 988 kg when empty and can be loaded up to a maximum weight of 1165 kg. 

As stated previously we are looking to sell due to ill health so this is an ideal starter caravan for anyone interested. Caravan is stored at sunderland and any viewing is welcome.
