Compass Rambler 2005 2 berth caravan

Description

2005 Compass Rambler 12/2 for sale in great condition for age. Comes with a full awning (used once as we don't need the extra space).
Seating was refoamed about 2 years ago.
Tires about 18 months old.
Excellent little project if you want to modernise, otherwise works perfectly well as is and everything works as it should.

Comes with:
+ Full cooker with grill, 4 gas hobs and glass cover
+ Sink with mixer tap and drainer
+ Decent sized fridge with freezer compartment, works off electric, gas and battery
+ Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, wrap around shower curtain, cupboards and towel hook
+ Living area with TV aerial port, controls for water heater, sockets and multiple downlights. Pull out shelf to put TV on. TV not included.
+ Seating pulls out to convert into large bed (large double, possibly king size)
+ CD radio and 2 speakers (above seating area)

All documents and manuals included. Been lovingly cared for and reluctant sale, just decided to upgrade (almost identical van but newer). We brought this as our first van and has treated us well!

Bad points:
Only bad point is a scuff on the toilet cassette external door and the door to this doesn't lock. Doesn't affect any functionality, it closes and catches fine, just doesn't lock.
