5 berth Avondale 510-5L for sale 1999.

Caravan in good condition considering its age. Just back from 1 week in the lake district. We have owned this Caravan and Awning for 3 years now. Initially bought it to see if we enjoyed caravning and kept it as the kids liked the setup. We have outgrown this now and want to upgrade. The Caravan comes with the big full size Dorema Awning (this would have been over £1000 new) and they are still good expensive awnings. Very secure in higher winds and gives you lots of extra space for a good setup. Fridge works. Gas cooker works, water and toilet all work. The built in heater dosnt work. Never bothered as we always go electric hook up and we bought a powerful electric heater (this comes with the caravan) all water and waste barrels are there. All electric hook up cables are there. Also comes with 2 fold out tables which store away in the cupboard.

I removed the old carpet when we bought the caravan, and layed a wood effect lino floor. The previous owner had a leak at the front , hence a small soft spot on the wall. All sealed and no damp or mould. Been water tight the 3 years we have owned it.

Usually kept in a secure storage yard, but I have it outside the back of our house just now as it will be easier to sell from home. I can hook power up when viewing so everything can be seen working. See pictures for gas cooker, fridge and water working.
