Description

Constructed using the Alu-Tech body shell, giving Grade III classification which means it is suitable to be used year round. It has gone through a full NCC Approved service and is now ready for its new owners.

The popular layout consists of a large "U"-shaped lounge area giving adequate seating for even large gatherings. This area then converts into a large double bed for use at night. Moving to the middle of the caravan, there is a large kitchen area that has an under counter Dometic 115 Litre fridge/freezer, Spinflo recessed 4-burner hob, Spinflo combined grill and domestic style glass fronted oven with electronic ignition and flame failure device. It also has built in overhead microwave and good sized stainless steel sink and sink cover.

Opposite the kitchen area is a large sideboard which allows the placement of a TV to be watched either from the lounge area or whilst in bed.

The rear of the caravan has the fixed french bed and large wardrobe. There is also a lot of overhead storage as well meaning that going away in this caravan for pro-longed period will not be a problem. Moving to the very rear of the caravan is the large end bathroom which has a Thetford Swivel C-250 cassette toilet, and a fully lined shower cubicle.

The caravan heating is supplied by a Truma 3002 blown air heater which works on both gas and 240V. Hot water is provided by a Truma Ultrastore water heater, which again works on both gas and 240V. There is an exterior gas BBQ point allowing you to connect your gas BBQ directly to your onboard gas supply.

Here's a very honest write up for any interested parties......

I purchased this caravan in 2024 as a stop gap to buying my next property. Used it on a seasonal pitch for 6 months and since then it has been in storage. With a view to selling it I had a full service done on it this week. It only needed a few little bits doing to have it in ship shape (safe) and full working order inside and out, for the next owners. Sadly though, some damp has been found in the rear due to the very wet winter we have had. A huge number of caravans will have some damp, many sellers will not be aware of it or are not being truthful when selling on to unsuspecting buyers. I could not with a good conscience do that now that I have the information.

I have been quoted in the ball park of £1200 to have the damp repaired. I haven't had other quotes done so this could differ. Some in the know may even be able to do the work themselves.

If you were to view the caravan today you would not smell or see any damp from the inside , meaning it is very usuable as is, for now. One suggestion is it could be used perfectly well for this season and then get any necessary repairs done in the autumn. It may even have dried out a bit with the better weather and regular use so need less work. Someone would then have bought themselves a lovely caravan at a bargain price and be able to sell on at it's true market price in the future.

I do of course have the option of getting the work done myself. I would then be selling a caravan with a full service and guaranteed no damp, with receipts to prove that for the buyers peace of mind. I would then be asking in the area of £8500 for the caravan. I have however just bought my property and my car has decided now is the time for a new clutch so the well is low on available finances. I would make more money doing it myself, but I would prefer a quick sell at this time. I have until Wednesday to decide if it's going in for repair or not.

Grab yourself a bargain caravan to enjoy this year.

£5750 now with full service, safe to go or £8500 after with full service & damp free
