Description

Lovely spacious caravan, believed to be around 2003, which we've only used once for an overnight stay. It's been unused since August and now needs a new owner.

The interior is clean and in good condition, with good upholstery, mattresses, cupboards and plenty of storage.
There was previously damp around the shower area which was removed and repaired, with new wood fitted and finished with vinyl. No other known damp.
A few age-related cosmetic marks, including some wear to a couple of overhead cupboard doors. The roof/ceiling vent has a crack which has been sealed/taped to keep it waterproof.
Gas, water system, fridge and gas heating have not been used/tested by us. The hob has been tested and works. Due to not being used for a year and being in storage outside, the outside needs a good clean.
No original paperwork was supplied when we bought it.
