Description
Has a damp issue from where a front window has leaked.
We had a full service and damp test performed (costing us £312) in March 2026, which I'd be happy to provide.
Other issues from the report:
- broken n/s/r corner steady
- gas water heater not working
- water pump not working
Also two of the windows are cracked which I've tried to show in the last two photos.
Other minor wear and tear, consistent with the age of the caravan.
Included in sale:
- awning (never used by us)
- water and waste containers
- all appliances, such as gas/electric fridge, cooker, heater, cassette toilet, walk-in shower, etc.
- motor mover
The caravan is particularly lightweight for a 6-berth, so can be towed with a medium size car.
The tyres are very good.
The battery should be good as well as it's always been hooked to the solar panel.
It hasn't been moved for a while, but part of the reason we got the service done was to help ensure everything was OK so it can be towed away.
I will remove this listing when the caravan has sold, so no need to ask me if it's still available.
