It’s sited on a Thameside pitch next to just a few rows back from the sea wall promenade, and there’s a hedge-row behind for privacy and parking allowed outside. It's very close to the park’s Marina Bar, and a 6-7 minute flat walk to the main facilities. The park operates a 10 month owner season, and doesn’t enforce any age limits for caravans.

Priced for a quick sale at £28,500 which includes the site fees for the park's owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The buyer would also need to arrange site fees for the remainder of the season (they were £8040 for the full year).

The caravan is 35’ x 12’ with an open-plan living area. The lounge comes with a large L-shaped sofa (including a pull-out sofa bed), a TV shelf, an electric fire, and a separate dining area with matching seating. The kitchen comes with a gas cooker & hob, an under-counter fridge & freezer, laminate flooring, built-in microwave, and lots of storage space & worktops. The pitch is classed as a bronze yet it has a direct sea view because of the bushes in front, and it’s away from the noisy holiday rentals.
