The caravan is a 3-bedroom (8-berth) model with double glazing and built-in electric heating. It’s in lovely condition throughout and is sited close to the Saxon Centre and 6-7 minutes walk from the main complex area and pools. Now reduced to £22,995 for a quick sale which includes the owner transfer fee, site fees for the remainder of 2025, and new gas & electric safety certificates. A similar model from the park would be at least £6,000 more. Sensible offers considered. This caravan would be ideal for letting and could easily earn £600 per week during peak season.

The caravan is sited on The Ridgeway and is down some steps from the road so wouldn’t be suitable for everyone, but it does mean there’s no passing traffic and is pretty private. You’ll also get some great views of the nature reserve. The park runs a 10.5 month season, and has no age policy for caravans so you can keep it on site for as long as you want.

The caravan is a good size at 36ft x 12ft and has a spacious open-plan layout. The lounge has a large front window with country views, a corner-sofa (with a pull-out bed beneath) and a matching dining area, a gas fire, and a TV unit with lots of storage. There’s a lot of floor space for children to play, and lots of seating for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is a galley style with storage on each side, and a gas cooker & hob, an under-counter fridge-freezer, and a microwave shelf. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and two with twin singles), each with built-in electric fan heaters and their own wardrobes. Finally, there’s a large family wash-room with a double shower, toilet, heated towel rail and a sink and a handy second toilet. 

Combe Haven has some of the best on-park facilities of any park along the south coast, with plenty going on to keep the whole family busy. There is nightly entertainment throughout the season with regular well-known acts and a team of FunStars to keep you entertained. The park facilities include heated indoor and outdoor pools with a Space Bowl flume, a 9-hole golf course, 24hr security, an owner's lounge with a gym, sauna & jacuzzi, 4 restaurants & takeaways, amusement arcade, all-weather sports court, indoor & outdoor play areas, roller disco, and a lot more. You're just 10 minutes from Hastings town centre with the pier, lots of shopping, the Old Town, and lots of seasonal events. The park operates a 10.5 month season and is open for Christmas and New Year, and you'll receive 10 owner's passes for friends and family to use the facilities which entitles them to 15% off on-site spending.
