Caravan is based at the butlins minehead caravan site. Can stay at the site or more than welcome to move the caravan.

Will consider swapping for another caravan in south wales area or a camper van/motor home.

10 owners passes to butlins included.
You can enter butlins as much as you like. Also 25% discount at butlins facilities.
Dogs allowed at the caravan and caravan
site.
I privately rent my caravan out, through Facebook market place and air BnB. Very good earner.
8 berth. One Bathroom, one en-suite, large living room, dining room, large kitchen, spacious private outdoor area with seating.
Every item in the caravan will be sold with the caravan such as the microwave, plates, cooking equipment, shoe rack etc.
Reason for selling, Change of work patterns I can’t get down as often as I like. I mostly take the dogs down for Somerset’s lovely walks.
Annual pitch fee 2024 £5,799
Yearly insurance roughly £110
Water and sewerage depending how much you use £200 a year.
