The caravan has been used as an occasional spare room and has had very little use since I have owned it.
Excellent condition top of the range 2 berth end wash room caravan, complete with remote control
motor mover and accessories (some new), enabling the caravan ready to go on holidays straight away.
Layout consists of luxury long seating at the front which can be used as single beds or makes a good size double. It has a centre chest of drawers with a pull over worktop converting it to a small table.
The rear washroom closes off with a solid door, and has a standalone shower, flush toilet, large wardrobe with shelves and a sink with cupboard shelving below.
The centre kitchen has a full size cooker with a 3 burner and electric hob, glass fronted oven and grill, all with spark ignition.
It has a large Thetford fridge with a full width freezer which can be powered by 240v, gas or 12v whilst being towed. Above the kitchen there is a powerful roof mounted omni directional 3 speed fan, which extracts or blows air into the caravan.
Opposite the kitchen there is a sizeable worksurface with cupboards above and below.
The space heating is provided by a Truma Ultraheat blown air system which can be powered by gas or 240v.
Hot water to the sinks and shower comes from a Truma gas / 240v heater neatly situated under one of the front bunks.
(all the gas appliances will run on butane or propane)
It has a large panoramic opening roof light towards the front of the caravan with night blind and flyscreen.
There are night blinds and flyscreens to all the windows and a full length flyscreen to the entrance door.
Lighting comes in the form of fluorescent and spot lights with 2 mains corner lights at the front. It has a Pioneer stereo radio situated in one of the roof lockers.
Externally, there is a BBQ gas connection, and an integral compartment for housing the leisure battery and mains hook up connection. There is a roof mounted directional aerial and a side mounted radio aerial with signal booster.
It has a spacious locker at the front, alloy wheels, spare wheel situated on a chassis mounted carrier and an ALKO AKS hitch stabiliser for safer towing.
It comes with an awning and groundsheet, fresh and waste water containers, 6kg Calor Gas bottle, large leisure battery, mains hook up lead, wheel clamp, hitch lock and entrance step.
The caravan is exceptionally clean inside and out, and has been well cared for since new.
It is CRIS registered.
