Description
Our 2022 Bailey Phoenix Plus 642 4 Berth single axle touring caravan is a clean cared for example. We are non-smokers and are children and pet free.
It has the much sought after twin single fixed beds which are of a good size whilst the front seating converts into a large double. A privacy screen/blind separates the two areas when required.
It has an end washroom with wash basin, shower, toilet, mirror and generous wardrobe and a fitted under sink unit.
There is lots of storage space throughout and it has the usual fixtures and fittings found in a modern caravan including LED lighting, usb sockets etc etc.
It is fitted with a Powertouch Evolution remote controlled electric mover.
It is of Alu-Tech construction boasting an easy to tow profile being 2.21m (7'3") wide with a shipping length of 7.37m (24'2") and 2.62m (8'7") high, with an MTPLM of 1,410kg (which can be upgraded to 1,500kg) and has an MRO of 1,255kg and a payload of 155kg (standard) Please search on-line for full manufacturer specifications.
Any inspection is most welcome including independent pro's. We are located in Chorley just off the M6 (Jct28) and M61 (Jct8) motorways.
All necessary equipment and accessories are available separately by negotiation should they be required. We do not have an awning.
We want £16,995 for the caravan without the extras. Check the internet for the current value of this caravan and then see if you can find one that is for sale.
We are retiring after 26+ years of caravan ownership.
I will consider local delivery at cost if required once full payment is received.
