Selling due work reasons and unable to manage no more
There will be site fees for next year which can be paid monthly
This years site fees were approx £7500 not included bills
Everything inside will be left (tv, microwave etc etc)
Viewings can be arranged but will need to inform Butlins to get onsite so please no time wasters as it’s a 5 hour round trip
Everything will need to go through Butlins so you can be assured I’m not a scam
You get 10 family and friends passes
Caravan is perfect for family holidays and for renting holidays and adult weekends
