Description

My Coachman has a Fixed Large Double Bed with upgraded upholstery, curtains, fittings and cushions.
At the front, there are double-glazed FLAT flush-fit flat windows with blinds and flyscreens, allowing a panoramic view from the lounge
(All side windows in the caravan are Flat and Flush Fit }
The two large lounge seats are finished in a modern fabric in perfect condition. Ample storage above in aircraft style lockers plus underneath below the lounge seating. The lounge can be used as two single beds or converted into a double bed using the pull out slats. 
There is a handy chest of drawers for storage which can be used as a coffee table 
but for mealtimes, the folding table will extend or a free standing dinning table can be used located in a storage cupboard
Set into the ceiling is a large Heki roof light with a pleated blind and flyscreen, allowing light and ventilation into the lounge.

The kitchen is well appointed and features a stainless steel like new 4 burner hob with a domestic-style oven/grill The stainless steel sink, has a chrome finish mixer tap. 
There is ample worktop space for food preparation and lots of storage for crockery and kitchen essentials
A large 3 way power selector switch on the 93 litre Dometic fridge and a Omnivent 2 way extraction fan providing ventilation for the kitchen.
There is an integrated fitted Microwave in a smoke glass fronted unit with sliding doors and storage alongside

The Bedroom area is separated by a opening Austrian blind which allows viewing a large television from either the lounge or bedroom.
There is a dedicated TV point with a roof mounted Status directional aerial.
A full end bathroom/dressing room en suite with electric flush toilet and shower cubicle within the wet room ( This is all finished in waterproof plastic with mirror and storage contained within the wet room)
A vanity unit with storage and hand basin. Is located in the bedroom area
There is a wardrobe and a large number of lockers.
A pull across sliding door makes this a separate bedroom with sleeping area and en suite bathroom.
The bed has a Coachman extra thick Mattress to give the best sleep you can get in super comfort .You want want to go home . There is under bed storage accessed with the bed raised or from an outside locker

Heating is provided by the Truma Rapid blown air heating system and truma Ultraheat fire 
and hot water is supplied to the kitchen and bathroom via the Truma Ultrastore water heater. 
Ambient lighting is provided by 12v 'eyeball' reading lights, mains 230v wall lights and 12v ceiling and locker lights. 
The RCD/MCD protected electrical system has an easy to use control panel

There is a fitted Motor Mover with Remote which is untested

Also a solar panel fitted on the roof with internal control panel untested

Stored Under the bed is an Outdoor Revolution Compactalite Pro Carbon EX Awning The Compactalite Pro is a great, easy to erect awning. The size means that it fits over the caravan door and can be positioned at the side of windows and vents.

There is an external plug socket to power an outside fridge or any other electrical appliance and a blow air heating outlet which can be used to warm inside the awning in winter or chilly nights

Caravan Summary

The caravan is CRIS registered and checked this year, showing only 2 owners, clear of finance and no issues on ownership. The CRIS Certificate of Confirmation document will be supplied, with original appliance books and paperwork
Caravan has been damp-meter checked showing no sign of any damp.
All windows are in perfect condition with no cracks or misting

All appliances have been checked and are working on gas, battery and 240volt (when plugged in on site or at home )

Caravan is easy to tow with any standard family car and safe with anti snaking and the Alko Hitch lock
 
The Caravan has a wood effect floor for easy cleaning

Good Condition both inside and out with minimal wear for a 2010 caravan
