All outside fences and grass professionaly installed and less than 4 years old so still in very good condition. New internal window blinds fitted 2 years ago.
Caravan only used at weekends, van not allowed to be rented so your neighbours around you are the same each time you come. Social club on site with bingo bingo Karaoke etc and local pub 10 min walk away which also does food, mold Golf club 10 minute walk.
