Triumph 6 cylinder 2500/2000 TR6/GT6 SAH Stage 3 modified cylinder head fully restored.

Offered for reluctant sale my Triumph TR6 SAH cylinder head modified/Gas flowed to Stage 3. This comes with the original and extremely rare SAH rocker cover.

The head was very recently fully restored by London based Classic Car Engine specialists Motortech to a high standard. It was also crack and pressure tested.

The head depth is approx 3.340” and chamber volume approx 38.4cc.

This would give a compression ratio of approx 10.25:1 - 10.5:1 depending on bore size on a TR6/2500pi etc

In a GT6/2000 the compression ratio would obviously be lower but the head could be skimmed as required to raise it.

I am including the extremely rare SAH rocker cover (particularly important for clearance on a GT6). I also include the SAH 357 Camshaft for reference as it speaks to the authenticity of the head and rocker cover, however it may not be suitable for re-use without some restoration. It is ground on an original Stanpart CP Camshaft (as were all SAH camshafts) so it may be possible to re grind.

Having planned to build a hillclimb car I am now forced to sell the car so am selling off all the performance parts and returning it to standard before sale. Any inspection welcome in London SE26 and could possibly arrange courier.
