Pair of discs for Austin/Morris 1800S,or Wolseley 18/85S (also fit a Jaguar XKE series 1,and a couple of Volvos).
247mm dia.
These have been stored unprotected,so need cleaning,hence half price,but they are new,they just don't look it :-(
