Description
I have for sale a twin axle BTH Multi-Hauler box trailer. It's about 25 years old. I bought it used but like new. It is approx 16ft 6inch long including the A frame, and the box alone is approx 12ft 6inch long x 6ft wide x 6ft 6inch high. The interior has a carpet.
It has simply been stored on my drive, partly because although I had business plans for it I've never had a car that could tow it. It has been stored with the handbrake off in the hope of minimising any brake corrosion issues from storage but it has not been driven so I can't vouch for the condition of the brakes. One of the two front sidelights needs attention. The cover is intact but the festoon bulb inside is missing along with its mount. The jockey wheel will need attention because it is very stiff to wind.
The condition is good since it hasn't been used, and the bodywork is still undamaged. It does however need a thorough service and a wash. I would therefore advise collection on a low loader rather than simply hitching it up and driving it away.
