Description
Storm Kettle 1L with pan set and cup cooking kit all fits in the base fire pan. Similar to Kelly kettle but better quality and is more durable and robust producing better heat transfer to maximize boiling time.
This is manufactured by The Eydon Kettle Co. Ltd.
It is designed for boiling water up to 1 litre, and cooking food and hot drinks. It all packs away with the cooking kit stored neatly in the base fire pan. They work very well in all weathers, handles 80 mph winds and driving rain, and the self-contained fire will keep going.
You never need to buy any fuel to use this multipurpose cooking kettle kit. You can find anything that burns to fuel it. Twigs and the like are to be found everywhere.
Made from food grade aluminium, the Popular STORM Kettle is beautifully shaped, and boils rapidly using dry twigs with some newspaper to start the fire.
I have used this only once to make a comparison test, hence the soot inside it.
The Popular, has a maximum capacity of 1 litre.
Height packed is 30.5cm, weight (empty) 800gms.
