Volkswagen Transporter T5 2.5TDI

This has been a great van for our family but it is time to move it on now with work commitments and other things getting in the way .

She is a 2.5 tdi, and has never ever missed a beat with me. The engine and box is very smooth with plenty of power when needed. It has covered 221,000 miles, the previous owner before me has travelled a lot of the EU in the van. You wouldn’t think it’s covered the miles it has done it drives amazing .

Externally the van is clean, there is some areas showing some surface rust in the usual place . , but I think most transporters of this age will start to show. It is nothing I have worried about and if I were to keep it I would be getting it cleaned up . It has 4 great tyres on big alloys which are in good condition. Piano black tinted windows to the rear with twin sliding doors . Upgraded front end .

The van is set up on solar power, there is a panel on the roof which is linked into a charging system inside with a display panel inside .

Internal- custom seats through out which are is pristine condition. Rear folding seats with isofix and a rear rock and roll bed with seat belts and certification for travelling . Interior is very clean with storage boxes down the side of the van ,

Good sound system in the van , front and rear a/c heating . With separate controls for the back .

Recent work done is a full service , brand new air con pump and a good check over with no further work needed .

Drives faultless , I’d set off to Spain in to tommorow with no doubts at all .

Me and my wife still use the van so mileage will alter whilst it’s still for sale . The MOT is due shortly within the next couple of weeks so the van won’t be able to go without me putting a mot on the van. I would rather it was sold with 12 months MOT whether it needs work or not ( I’m confident it will fly through ) . If you are interested I can arrange the MOT before its due date

Van is sold with a driveway awning which is in great condition with doors and windows . 12v telly and a few other comforts .
