Description
Very sadly selling my 1988 VW camper.
Have travelled round the UK in it all year and lived in it over the summer. Only selling now as I need a car for work. My daily runner vehicle. Ready to drive away!
Full MOT until 29 June 2027
114,725 miles
Petrol
Full service history (whole folder of paperwork)
1 year until MOT and Tax exempt
Cosmetic issues:
-Sliding door handle is broken
-Patches of rust on bodywork as can be expected of a vehicle this age
-Front grill is cracked but not coming off any time soon
Known mechanical issues:
-There is a hole at the top of the fuel tank. This does not cause any leaking or issues whilst driving unless it is filled to the absolute brim and should be an easy fix
-The coolant warning light sometimes flashes. We have had it looked at and the mechanic flushed the coolant and put in new coolant and it still sometimes flashes so may be an issue with the sensor
-Takes a few goes to start in cold but runs beautifully once going
