Description

Stealthy and spacious LWB crafter conversion that feels like a real home

Full size single bed with large space underneath (big enough for two large dogs or extra storage).

Full size gas oven with 4 burners (oven has a grill option). Almost brand new.

Thetford argent sink and right hand drainer with black glass lid.

Brilliant large Thetford fridge with freezer compartment.

Off-road tyres fitted with loads of tread left. Spare tyre has some tread left and is a normal tyre.

Roof vent fan, draws air in or blows out, 4 speeds.

Diesel heater, black out thermal curtains all round and privacy glass on side windows.

Starts every time and drives nicely. It has done me well up and down some tight steep roads in the UK. Has not let me down.

Wind deflectors at the front (very convenient if you want windows slightly open on the rain or to pass wires through to roof, e.g. starlink).

Minimal rust (a few spots on bonnet). No holes or leaks.

- Replaced rear brake discs/drums 31 July 2025

Things to note:
- occasional squeak from front left tyre
- sliding door needs a nudge to close properly sometimes
- one key available
- Truma hot water boiler currently not working (I've not had time to investigate, could just be the fuse)

Conversion Description
Electrics:
Total of 700 watt solar panels (175 each)
Renogy charge controller
2000 watt inverter
Renogy DC to DC charger
Two large AGM leisure batteries
Everything appropriately fused
Two 3 pin sockets (usb sockets don't work) that I used to power starlink and laptop charger for about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Fridge on 24/7 and lights etc and the power never dropped below 80%

Plumbing:
Tap connected to large underslung water tank (roughly 100 litres) via Truma water heater (not functioning but could be repaired) witha shurflo pump (with accumulator and filter). For me this meant water supply for 5 days straight off-grid.
A second 10l fresh water supply through a "custom" tap with switch, with a 12v submersible pump. Waste water drains from sink into 10l container. Easily accessible from sliding door side.

Diesel heater.

Loads of storage and potential to arrange more depending on your use.

Foldaway desk with stow away chair and large screen monitor.

Full size gas oven, with 12kg gas bottle with plenty of gas left. Stored in a gas locker with drop-out vent.

Very comfortable permanent sofa, facing sliding door to enjoy great views.

Fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide alarm fitted.

Large gap between passenger and driver's seat for easy access to and from cab. If you wanted to replace the single passenger seat with a normal two-seater bench seat I have a replacement secondhand bench seat I can add for an extra £100.
