My self build iveco daily (the huge one)where to begin with it there isn't enough space to write it all down so potentially the buyer will need to sit down with me so I can show everything that's been done from start to finish but for now a list of what kinda van it's been I stripped it totally back to metal prepped and painted it inside then fully insulated the interior and build the cabin around that . Snug as no draught no damp no rain it sleeps up to 4 people we used it as for 3 has 2 spacious double beds well as spacious as you could possibly get withing the confinements of it's interior ha ha but it works perfectly has 3 leasure batteries running the interior and has solor panels up on roof also a split charge system installed which all works together well although in my opinion maybe needs newer updated solor panels as the ones on roof are over 4 year old and are only 200 watts each so maybe of your fussy upgrade them in your own time double ring cooker top sink with hot and cold taps I've only installed cold running water I boiled the kettle or water urn we take about with is it's good enough for us .has on board water storage and excess water carriers and such to go with also external shower to go with it hooks up to the already installed water tank .remote control diesel night heater installed correctly and works a treat in getting the interior up to temp had blinds installed around the windows for privacy some some curtains as well for extra comfort.tv dvd smart TV combi works on 12 volts or 220 volts blue tooth amp and speakers in rear which you can hook your phone to or media player and sit back decent quality sound up front in drivers cab is a more beefy system with sub and digital reverse cameras and gadgetry than you can shake a stick at passes it MOT every year without fail only ever had to change usable parts ie brake pads or calipers which IL get too in a minute in my ownership I've replaced the brake caliper dust covers on rear there were none existent when I bought it so replaced those along with new calipers front and rear along with new hand brake assembly all in the last year as was parked up due to my illness so needed doing all done also not long had 4 120 amph hour leasure batteries installed then it gets serviced every 6k miles with new oil filter and fuel filter without fail anyone that's built a decent self build motorhome will know values and prices of equipment bought to build this I've spent over 10 k IL be honest 12 k doesn't cover it so why is it for sale well I no longer need such a huge van it gets about 30 mile a week use which is no use to anyone I'm disabled with chronic Crohn's disease and my journeys are short now a days far to tired and ill to be working under a bus or car at least so with heavyweight decision making I'm gonna sell it on at a fair price for someone to actually enjoy it for what it was built for it's insured as a camper van has had it's test done and it's habitational check done and passed cert with sale as insurance companies wanted that before I could get camper insurance on it it's mot till next year march I think just been serviced with new oil oil filter diesel filter and also new diesel pump the in tank one and fuel pump solenoid bosch one all expensive parts so will be reliable for the next user too it's needs for nothing now but usage and someone getting value from it by using it 😉price is ovno but I mean very near asking price
