Working sink unit, fridge/freezer, cooker (needs a new gas bottle though for cooker) worktops side units with side opening roller runner doors, toilet, 32” smart TV 19v to 12v wired to leisure battery, front swivel seats, solar panels/controller, split charge relay, heater, led lights, external spot lights, 6 usb sockets in total, 240v fuse consumer box. Power tv aerial, Fully insulated. It’s had an oil and filter change, brand new turbo (6 month warranty still left) both suspension arms, new brake piping, both front and rear discs and pads all changed around 5k miles ago. Van is solid and mechanically spot on with no issues, no rot or anything nasty
