This van is fully documented from new.
We have spent thousands of pounds since we have owned her with the intention of touring Europe. Sadly that's not going to be now and she needs to go all ready for the Great outdoors capable of going off grid, winterized floor, wall and roof insulated.

It is the top of the range IX Plus 700 IT on a Fiat Ducati base, engine (2287CC) gross weight has been upgraded to 3850 kg so a C1 on you driving licence will be required, but it can be downgraded back to 3500kg, van has been remapped to give extra torque, Insurance Company will need to be notified. Doesn't cost anything as it is under 30% of the existing horse power.

Full size fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, TV with sound bar, plenty of overhead storage & new carpets fitted.

Full beige leather interior, currently covered with fitted covers. 4m wind out awning, an electric double drop down bed and a double bed to the rear.

Shower and toilet unit, under bed storage which can be accessed from outside the van outside water shower point hot and cold and an external barbecue point. It has new external gas fitment now. Legal requirement to travel abroad,
onboard water storage and trauma gas central heating. We also have a new winter screen cover. Only used the once.
