Vehicle History & Condition

Super Low Mileage: Only 28,007 miles. Starts first time, every time.

Pristine Engine: Immaculate mechanical condition with clean MOT valid until September 2027. Driven on a normal car licence.

History: Only one previous owner prior to conversion (Ex-NHS, used lightly for transporting bedding/towels between Ayrshire hospitals).

Maintenance: Exceptionally well looked after. Recent work includes renewed sills and new tyres. Full paperwork available.

Security & Extras: Alarm and immobilizer (can be disabled), 2 sets of keys, and an inbuilt CD/radio in the front cab.

Standout Feature: Electric Drop-Down Bed
Say goodbye to the daily hassle of making and packing away your bed. This van features a permanent large double bed with a premium memory foam mattress (comfortably accommodates someone 6'1"). At the push of a button, the entire bed assembly retracts smoothly into the roof space. When raised, you have full walk-through access from the living area to the front cab.

Four-Season Insulation: Fully insulated behind the walls, underfloor, and packed with 8-inch thick wool fibre in the roof space. Includes an oil-filled night heater with a timer thermostat for safe, cozy winter heating.

Summer Cooling: Fitted skylight/roof vent and rear inlet vents provide excellent airflow.

Decor: Carpeted, curtained, and colourfully decorated with a lovely blue skies mural on the ceiling.

Windows: Huge picture windows made from safety plastic glass with maintenance-free wood-effect frames.

Lounge & Storage: Comfortable IKEA seating for two (with versatile floor space to add extra berths if needed). Dedicated dressing area with clothes storage, hangers, shelving, and a large insulated storage area above the cab for extra blankets and pillows.

Kitchen & Bathroom

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Double gas hob and grill, full gas canister (with regulator and gauge), and a 12V cool box.

Water System: Huge 80-litre fresh water and waste tanks. Grey water drains directly over waste drains (no heavy lugging required). Fresh water is filled via an included flexi-hose and tap adapters.

Washroom: Separate toilet cubicle featuring a porcelain sink, fitted porta-loo, and ample storage for toiletries. Convenient external access for waste removal.

Media: Includes a 22-inch Smart TV and a Bluetooth stereo speaker for music, podcasts, and radio.

Rear Deck & Tailgate
Out through the full-width double wood and glass doors, the rear tailgate is covered in artificial grass—an instant pull-out patio perfect for sitting out in the sun. When not in use, a heavy-duty roller shutter door fully secures the rear of the van.
