I started by doing a cupcake lesson and from there have achieved bigger and better, appearing monthly in famous cake magazines as Saracino’s In Pastry and Delicious magazine.
I have also won many awards and became Cakeflix monthly Cake of the Month winner several times.
Then after years of hard work I won bronze in the biggest cake competition in the world, Cake International, in the Colourful 3 Tier or more Wedding Cake category.
I totally understand that my cakes are not within some customers budgets.
However, if you find cheaper I hope it is everything you dreamed off but remember, cheap cake is not necessarily good cake!
My niche is fondant artwork, figurines, sugar flower making and carved cakes etc. Something that has taken me YEARS to achieve.
I have worked hard to make sure I create amazing cakes which not only look great but also taste great. My cakes are home made and NEVER brought in or from cake mixes as many cake makers do.
