I offer a professional, confidential service for individuals and couples that supports people with change and self-discovery. With experience in working with anger, anxiety, depression, PTSD and various other issues that can get in the way of living well, I can help you resolve these. I also offer a service for couples who need help to better communicate and resolve conflict and NLP Business Coaching and support with culture change for senior executives and their teams. My business hours are Monday to Saturday including Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I would encourage you to look at my website. For customers who do not live locally I offer sessions via Zoom or WhatsApp.

On my first appointment I didn't know what to expect and was very anxious as I had thought about therapy for a long time but always put it off, Catherine made me feel very welcoming, she was approachable, kind, empathetic and understanding. Catherine has helped me massively in my healing journey and I am so glad I made the descision to go, I explained my needs and wants early on and how I felt I never thought it would be for me as I heard storied about 'talking to somebody ' and how I may find it patronising and judgmental, however Catherine was never patronising and judgmental. I feel I am doing a lot better in myself from seeing Catherine and now I don't have occasional appointments but I have asked if and when I feel the need to come back, I am able to do so. All in all, Catherine has been amazing! :)

Catherine instantly made me feel at ease, let me talk at my own pace and shared her knowledge in a very non judgemental way. I had several sessions over many months and always left feeling “lighter” and more equipped to deal with whatever came next.

Catherine is an incredible therapist. I was trying to battle on through a difficult time in my life and was struggling to navigate it. Thankfully, I reached out for support, and I found the right professional for my needs in Catherine. No judgements. Catherine built such a safe place to share my history. I cant recommend Catherine (and counseling in general) enough. At the time it seemed my life had been completely destroyed. Catherine helped guide me through it and come out the other end a better person for it. I honestly cant thank her enough.
