For over 20 years I've coached individuals and teams at the top of their game — professional rugby and football players, world-ranked tennis athletes, NHS leaders, and C-suite executives in global organisations.

I work with large organisations to strengthen performance and wellbeing at every level. Sustainable success isn't just about output — it requires energy, resilience, and clarity under pressure.

I've delivered workshops and keynote sessions worldwide on performance, leadership, wellbeing, and health — from rooms of 250+ to virtual audiences of more than 750.

I'm the Founder and Performance Director of Cognitive Athlete — a human performance coaching company on a mission to help people achieve and maintain optimal long-term performance.

I was introduced to Lee by a KPMG colleague and his work and expertise very quickly resonated with me. I was hosting a Sales Strategy Day for the team at KPMG and i knew immediately that i would want Lee to be part of the day. He facilitated 2 brilliant sessions which completely engaged the audience on the topics of Self-Leadership and Stress Management. The sessions were highly informative, provoking and allowed the delegates to take a step back from their day-to-day roles and give them time to think about their own wellbeing. Lee helped us with a presentation to launch our employee value proposition and really brought this to life for us. The energy and enthusiasm that Lee demonstrated really kept everyone engaged and the break out activities undertaken during the session were thought provoking and useful to allow the team to collaborate and perhaps push them outside their comfort zone.
