Mark was invited to speak at our company’s leadership meeting. It was one of the most engaging and inspiring talks I’ve ever attended. Mark told the story of how he successfully skippered a boat in an ‘round the world’ challenge and very skilfully tied it to business leadership, highlighting important learnings and parallels. Although I know nothing about sailing, it was mesmerising and I felt as if I was leading my own sailing team in a similar navigation - I was with him every step of the way.
