I help ambitious professionals and senior leaders feel more confident, effective and fulfilled at work. Many of my clients come from professional services or corporate roles where expectations are high and progression can feel unclear.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting women to manage the pressures of leadership and overcome barriers like imposter syndrome or a dip in confidence. I bring first-hand experience from my own corporate career and years of coaching women to step into senior roles.

Coaching with me is practical, supportive and results-focused. Together we’ll clarify your goals, strengthen your leadership skills, and develop strategies to help you handle challenges such as team dynamics, stakeholder relationships, change and self-doubt.

Great Support! I run ghost walks and presenting is one of the many skills I require, despite having experience and odles of enthusiasm I have also been conscious of my 'Ermming'. Found Rachael via Bark during lock down. Sharing videos, discussing my body language, how to add tension has helped me over come my ermms. Really happy with results. Ace!
