During a time of uncertainty in my career, Obi was incredibly helpful at working with me to understand my potential next move and gave me confidence back in my own abilities after having my confidence knocked. After our initial phone call I felt confident that Obi understood what it was I was looking for and what areas we would need to delve a little deeper into. After our session I came out feeling empowered and confident and with no pressure to jump straight back into a job that wasn't going to be right for me. Obi guided me through the session and followed up with some incredibly helpful information that I have continued to refer back to as I navigate my career journey. Thank you Obi.

I loved seeing our first‑year Grads and Apprentices buzzing after Obi delivered his session on “Your career will be more interesting than your plan.”
The message landed perfectly: speak up, keep learning and own your journey. Simple ideas, big impact.
Obi brought real energy and reminded us all that growth starts with being bold, curious and in charge of your path. I would highly recommend Obi.

Obi brings passion, knowledge and real world experience to every conversation and his genuine curiosity and empathy make him a pleasure to work with. Obi offered perspective and insight focused on my own specific needs, offering support, but also challenging my thinking, which enabled and empowered me to find my own solutions.

From the initial interaction with Obi, the experience of working with him was fantastic.
Obi spent an incredible amount of time and effort understanding what the business required from a key note speaker, ensuring the approach, language and key themes where delivered with precision.
Obi's key note speech hit the audience better than I could have anticipated. It made evryone in the room stop and pause to take a moment to truelly remember where we are and what we do.
The audience found it incredibly easy to engage and there were many a laughs had.
I would highly recommend Obi to any business wanting to engage with their teams and truelly start to delivery high quality performance.
Thank you Obi!
