70ft eucalyptus tree removal already cut , thick leaves and branches & dispose / remove,
Roof 1 - Pitch roof 3.5 metres, 5 metres height including tiles, rafters, ridges, all side ridge need refitting, side of the roof on right materials to be supplied and fitted, facia, soffit, ridgeboard as required and membrane to be supplied and fitted. Damage under roof 1 to be fixed, new plasterboard for ceiling, skimming into the upstairs hallway, scaffolding, painting and decorating

Roof 2 - Pitch roof, 3 x 8 metres, all roof tiles need changing, closing sky light. Damage under roof 2 needs to be fixed, new plasterboard, skimming ceiling, painting and decorating.

Roof 3 - Flat roof, sky lights to be closed, new joists 3 x 12 metres, with 100mm celotex insulation, fibre glass roof. Damage under roof 3 to be fixed, new plasterboards, skimming, painting and decorating, electric new lights and connections. 36 sqm

Regards kitchen extension damage, cracks in wall need to be remortared and repointed.

Facia, soffit, guttering and ridgeboard material to be fitted as required, supplied and fitted for all three roof.

Electric work to be completed as required, materials to be supplied and fitted

Kitchen broken, so all kitchen cabinet doors and drawers to be supplied and fitted, painting and decorating, new electric lights and connections need to be supplied and fitted.

New carpet in whole house supplied and fitted approx 224 sq/m
